Iran attack: Israeli military display downed Iranian ballistic missile

Daniel Hagaru spoke at the Julus South Base near Ashdod, where the Israeli military displayed an intercepted Iranian missile. Dominic was present and shared this report. This fuel tank is from an Iranian ballistic missile. It measures 11 meters in length.

Prior to interception, the missile would have had an engine several meters long at one end and a warhead, approximately the size of a small car, at the other end, packed with half a ton of explosives. A senior officer expressed disbelief upon first seeing images of the missile online, initially dismissing them as fake news. Standing beside the missile is a sobering experience, providing a vivid and powerful illustration of the threat posed by Iran’s missile capabilities.

Over a hundred ballistic missiles were fired, along with over 300 projectiles of various types, including drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles, all aimed at Israel. The vast majority were successfully intercepted, with only a small number getting through. The Israeli military spokesman emphasized that Iran’s attack cannot go unanswered. The question now is how to respond without escalating the situation further. There’s a concern about the potential for a larger regional conflict if tensions continue to rise, which is particularly troubling for Western allies of Israel. This dilemma is at the forefront of the Israeli government and military’s deliberations as they consider their next steps.
